I am Ashley Tarver. Originally from Birmingham, AL., I graduated from Rhodes College with a degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Oxford Univeristy: Oxford, England with a degree in Roman and Greek History, Philosophy and Art. 

The black sheep of the family, I chose to attend cooking school in Buenos Aires instead of following in the family's legal footsteps (no regrets!)

I then worked in 3 Michelin starred restaurants in San Sebastian, Spain and once I returned home to Birmingham worked for James Beard award winning chefs.

I eventually became a private chef and opened an infused olive oil business which I grew from one store to 200 stores across the country.

I have visited 29 countries; my favorites so far are Malaysia and Iceland. 

In October, I visited Oregon wine country and fell in love. Please join me on my new adventure as I transport you to some of the most beautiful places in the world- or your favorite neighborhood bar!
